We organize practical courses for individuals and small groups directly in our laboratory. Each course is carefully structured according to the applicant´s specific requirements. With our cooperation, it is possible to prepare sequencing projects, identify candidate genes for agronomically important traits, use genome editing methods as well as other techniques. We also provide opportunities for schools to benefit from the hugely important practical introduction of basic molecular methods in the „real world" laboratory environment. For schools, the course can be adapted for a larger number of students and can incorporate theoretical lectures.
